The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a casual Trainer/Assessor to deliver the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing/Disability two days per week, either on Monday and Tuesdays or Thursday and Fridays , within a face-to-face classroom setting based in Campbelltown .This role provides an excellent daily rate, along with support from one of our experienced and dedicated Program Coordinators. There is also the opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidate. Join us in shaping the future workforce by sharing your knowledge and expertise with the next generation of care professionals!As the successful candidate you must be available to: Commit and deliver face to face training across two consecutive days, either Monday and Tuesdays or Thursday and Fridays Able to commute to Campbelltown Able to commence Mid-March Essential Criteria/Requirements: Current qualification *CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing/Disability. *If you have not upgraded to the new CHC qualification, CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing/Disability you MUST be enrolled to complete and able to provide evidence of enrolment. Industry Currency - Relevant and current industry experience in Ageing/Disability (Working in the relevant industry part-time, casual, volunteer) and able to provide evidence. Current VET PD Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) Demonstrated experience in Face-to-Face delivery and assessment of training programs. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment. An understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses. High level of interpersonal and communications skills Experience delivering to Job Seekers Working with Children Check As the Casual/Contract Trainer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Conducting training and assessments, student support, tracking, conduct work placement visits, reporting student attendance and completing relevant administrative tasks.
