About the Role The Category Manager – Collision & Insurance will have ownership of the MMAL Crash Parts business, including the partnered motor insurance program, developing strategic plans to increase market share, and will liaise with key partners and dealer management to ensure that sales are achieved. Core Responsibilities Engage with key customers, and analyse MMAL and competitor data to generate insights into market trends. Develop strategies and implement plans to maximise crash parts sales and profit. Establish and maintain the Mitsubishi Motors Premier Insurance program. Support key colleagues in determining price and margin changes, as well as set prices and margins for crash parts. Assist in key areas of change to ensure continuous process improvement, particularly in crash channel processes and the wider CPPP program. Collaborate effectively and engage with stakeholders to achieve key deliverables. Essential Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Business or Supply Chain & Logistics, or an alternate relevant discipline, or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. 5+ years of experience within the wholesale parts sector, with an OEM, parallel or aftermarket supplier. Direct relationship management experience within the motor insurance and collision repair sector. Sound knowledge and understanding of the motor vehicle insurance value chain. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proven analytical skills using PowerBI and complex data models.
