From making reservations and sharing venue details to promoting our products and services, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring a seamless experience for all. Key Responsibilities: Processing reservations by various means; respond to guest queries via phone calls, over email. Support the smooth daily operation of the Central Reservations Department. Uphold a strong culture of accuracy and data integrity. Coordinate group bookings and special event reservations with precision. Resolve guest concerns effectively and professionally. Always remember the guest experience. About You: We’re looking for someone who: Has proven experience in processing reservations and delivering outstanding customer service. Thrives on problem-solving and taking the initiative. Pays high attention to detail and values accuracy in their work. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Is well-versed in reservation systems and has strong computer skills. Is flexible and willing to work varied shifts as needed.
