About the Centre The second Aspire Early Education centre in Deanside, Aspire Deanside Village supports families and children in the ever-growing suburb. With a talented, dedicated and caring team of Early Education professionals, your little ones are in perfect care. Our Deanside Village centre works in close collaboration with families and ensures that any personal needs and requests are accommodated for. Our teachers possess comprehensive knowledge of both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, that offers every child the opportunity to succeed. The Opportunity & Responsibilities As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Centre, encompassing staff management, budget oversight, and effective communication with families, employees & internal stakeholders. You will be working in partnership with our Head of Curriculum to lead a high performing team to strive for and provide the highest quality care and education for all children, families, staff and the community. As a Centre Manager, you will ensure a smooth and safe child & family experience and nurture a positive and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration. About you Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children's services Must have minimum 2 years previous Centre Manager experience Previous experience in driving change Ideally will have had experience in setting up and opening a new service Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care Current Working with Children check, Police Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor certificate Why Aspire?
