At full capacity the centre will be home to 110 children. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to really make this their own. We are looking for a strong leader with experience in a similar setting, e.g., new builds. You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Early Childhood Educators and Care professionals to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served. About you Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in a CM role or higher in a long daycare setting Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community Strong organisational and time management skills If this sounds like your next career move, apply, and we can discuss it further. #J-18808-Ljbffr
