Mulberry Tree Child Care has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced and dedicated Manager to join our team. We are seeking a high performing leader with the drive to build respectful and reciprocal relationships with children and their families and have the experience to lead the service to provide high-quality Child Care centre. The position is a full-time, non-contact role, working a 38-hour week. Ideal Candidate: A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, healthy relationships with staff, children, families, and the community. A passion to make a difference in every child's learning journey. Essential Criteria: Diploma in Children's Service (Education and Care) or an ACECQA approved qualification. Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR & First Aid Certificates. Current working with children check. Knowledge and understanding of Belonging, Being and Becoming - The Early Years Learning Framework.
