You will lead the Centre's operations, develop strategies, and build partnerships to support Indigenous groups in negotiating agreements that adhere to principles of self-determination and enable lasting socio-economic opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership and Governance: Support the Centre Director in developing and implementing the Centre's strategic direction and mission. Operational Excellence: Oversee the Centre's general operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-standard service delivery. Team Management and Development: Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a positive culture to achieve service excellence. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders within the Centre, Faculty, University, and community. Resource Management: Implement and manage the Centre's business planning and budgeting process in alignment with Faculty and University processes. Excel in interpersonal communication and negotiation, with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse groups. Show appreciation for culturally sensitive issues and the ability to navigate cross-cultural contexts. Have experience standardising and consolidating administrative services for maximum efficiency.
