The Leading Hand will provide a high level of continuous service on site by supporting the operations of the workshop, office, stock and personnel, ensuring the contracted scope of work is performed and maintained to a high standard, along with mentoring your crew. Working with a small team on a range of machinery including Graders, Water Trucks, CAT 992 & 980 Loaders and Komatsu 830Es.
