The successful candidates will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under 5 years of age and effectively communicating with children, co-workers and families. We are seeking educators with a strong passion for the Early Childhood Industry. About your new role Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting to lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children. You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. You will work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet high-quality standards. You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community. You will have confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families. You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests that include a clear cycle of reflective practice. A little about you Certificate III, Diploma or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA. Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred). Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications. Current Blue Card. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF.
