Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Change Analyst to support our organisation's whole of business transformation program. This role ensures that all changes are well-coordinated, free of clashes, and effectively communicated. The Change Analyst will work closely with the executive team, business SMEs and technical program leads and play a critical role in analysing change impacts, managing dependencies, and driving smooth transitions for our people, customers, and the organisation. Key Focus Areas Change Coordination : Analyse, plan, and manage changes across the transformation program to prevent clashes and ensure alignment. Stakeholder Communication : Create and help execute communication plans to keep relevant parties informed, engaged, and aligned. Dependency Management : Map and manage dependencies across projects to identify and address potential risks proactively. Embedding Change : Coordinate training delivery, create awareness, and support impacted teams to embed changes effectively. Sustained Impact : Work with business leaders to ensure changes are delivered, embedded, and sustained for long-term success. Key Capabilities Analytical Skills : Assess information to identify impacts, risks, and dependencies effectively. Attention to Detail : Meticulous planning and execution to ensure no critical elements are overlooked. Communication Excellence : Deliver clear, accessible, and impactful written and verbal communications.
