This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. Initial contract to start ASAP until 12/09/2025 with possible extension paying $785/da. Brisbane City Fringe Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days/week. Our client, a reputable organisation within the education sector, is currently seeking a Change Analyst for their Timetabling & Class Registration Project. The Change Analyst will support the Change Manager for critical change and training activities in the lead up to the Phase 2 go live. The role will be responsible for mainly updating the business, scheduling events, and assisting with creating resources. Key roles & responsibilities: Scheduling and organising change activities and training. Develop and disseminate communications materials related to project execution and change, ensuring complex information is translated to be easily digestible and useful. Prepare project communications across a range of internal channels, including senior management briefings, staff presentations, and by maintaining project SharePoint and Intranet sites. Deliver upon and update the communication plan during the project lifecycle. Work with stakeholders and business representatives to provide communication advice. Understand key project deliverables, outcomes, and impacts upon stakeholders, ensuring communications timelines and targets are met. Prioritise to ensure effective communication strategies are implemented so all stakeholders are well informed of project activity throughout the project's lifecycle. Develop innovative ways to engage employees that are in tune with organisational values, culture, and strategic vision. Work with Change and Communications Manager to ensure process and policy changes progressed in parallel to the project are communicated and accepted by end-users as appropriate. Review, evaluate, and measure the effectiveness of the communication and engagement activities. Compliance with health and safety policies, procedures, hazard reporting, and safe work practices. Skills and experience required: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning and executing effective communications and engagement for projects that introduce technology and process change. Excellent written and oral communication skills including experience in preparing a range of materials and presentations for a variety of stakeholders and audiences. Ability to use varied communication tools, templates, and channels that meet the required organisational branding. Demonstrated ability to work iteratively within tight timelines, adapt quickly to change, and to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative, client-focused team. Education, training, and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a relevant postgraduate qualification or progress towards postgraduate qualifications together with extensive relevant experience in communications.
