Job Title – OCM Lead Location – Brisbane The following are specific skillsets and qualifications required to deliver this scope of work: A bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management or a related field. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and Azure DevOps. Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Ability to manage stakeholder engagement at various levels with interpersonal and consultative skills. Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy. Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality. Proven experience in working across Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Extensive knowledge and understanding of reporting and project management concepts and principles and tools, and proficiency in the use of databases and related software packages. A history of following through on commitments.
