Job Responsibilities Change Lead to ensure the successful adoption of key program initiatives within a Cyber Security Program Uplift. Understand change theory and change fundamentals; key attribute is how you bring people on the journey. Be super detailed and organized to ensure nothing gets missed. Hit all key change milestones. Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of new behaviors. Familiarity with cyber security change projects is a plus. Develop and implement a comprehensive change and communications strategy to support project outcomes. Lead stakeholder engagement, change planning, and readiness activities aligned with WP’s change management framework. Deliver clear, impactful communication and training to enable seamless transitions. Assess and manage business readiness throughout the project lifecycle. Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives and complex stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills to address change resistance and risks. High degree of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability. Good understanding of design-led change management.
