Toll Group is seeking a highly skilled professional to support the transition of our payroll solution to a new managed services provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact payroll implementation program in a fixed-term role until March 2026. Reporting into the Project Director, this position will play a key role in managing the impact of change to staff. We’re seeking a hands-on change professional who thrives on making change real for people. You’ll be at the heart of delivery – helping teams navigate change, supporting leaders and ensuring the payroll migration delivers lasting impact. Key Responsibilities include: Manage Change Initiatives: Lead change management across broad stakeholder groups, ensuring successful delivery of change initiatives while maintaining a strong grasp of change management methodologies. Develop Change Management Plans: Create actionable and targeted change management plans, including Strategy, Impact Assessment, Readiness Assessment, Leadership Action Plan, and provide input into the Communication Plan. Integrate with Project Delivery: Seamlessly integrate change activities into project delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment with overall project goals. Conduct Impact & Readiness Assessments: Perform comprehensive change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments to guide decision-making. Communication & Engagement: Craft and deliver clear and effective messaging tailored to resonate with diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring engagement and alignment. Learning & Capability Support: Provide support for learning and capability-building initiatives to embed change effectively across the organization. Data-Driven Approach: Use data, metrics, and insights to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and refine change strategies for continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you will have: 10+ years in change management experience, ideally working on complex project environments 5+ years of Payroll implementation experience Proven ability to work across multiple SDLCs Strong understanding of Agile & Waterfall methodologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Commercial acumen and the ability to influence strategic decisions Consistently delivers high quality work Why Join Toll Group?
