The Roles Due to growth, we have newly created opportunities in our Change team, located in Canberra and Brisbane . As a client-facing consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting people to adopt and embed changes into their day to day. You will be a part of a team who are passionate about helping clients with all types of change; transformational change, incremental change, technology change, organisational change, cultural change and more. In these roles, you will: Grow your change management, learning and development and continuous improvement skills Be a part of client-facing consulting teams that bring together people with varied skillsets to deliver solutions for our clients Analyse change impacts, develop change management plans, and deliver change management activities Report on change adoption and stakeholder engagement About You Aligned to our values, you're collaborative in nature and love working in and celebrating as a team. We are looking for someone who is ready to learn and grow their change management skills. You may have some existing experience in supporting an organisation to make change. This could include: Identifying change impacts for end users Drafting communication products (e.g. emails, intranet sites, presentations) Engaging with stakeholders to prepare people for change Collaborating within project teams to deliver change Developing training materials and updated processes We are looking for Senior Associates to support our customers onsite in Canberra and Brisbane . These client-facing roles are ideal for candidates with a desire to work with government and non-profit clients, particularly in the Defence and Health sectors. Please note that these roles are based in Canberra or Brisbane , we are unable to support remote working. As a permanent member of our team, you’ll have the chance to develop your change management skills and experience and advance your career as a change consultant. You’ll also benefit from mentorship by industry leaders, helping you build on your existing expertise. Please note: These positions require a minimum Baseline preferably NV1 clearance to support work with our Federal Government clients and Defence.
