About the Role We are seeking a Change Lead to drive the transformation of our digital learning environment under the University’s Digital Plan (2023–2026). The Learning Ecosystem Initiative aims to modernise the learning environment at ANU to better support students, staff and industry. A major focus of this initiative is the transition to Canvas as our new Learning Management System. This change will improve course design, enable innovative teaching, and prepare ANU for future educational challenges. Reporting to the Change Chapter Lead and the Learning and Teaching Stream Lead, and working in partnership with our business areas, the Change and Communications Manager operates with a considerable degree of autonomy to establish a best practice change management and communications framework and appropriate governance and controls for a project. Key Duties: Design, implement and support a best practice business change management and communications strategy to support the successful delivery of a new Learning Management System (Canvas). Effectively lead the change management aspects of project delivery to successfully deliver a comprehensive change management approach. Engage with stakeholders through a range of forums to understand and manage the impact of change on the business operations and prepare stakeholders for the transition to new ways of working.
