Role Overview Join the Qantas Sales Operations team as a Change and Project Manager , reporting to the Head of Sales Operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution, design, and delivery of key strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing support for our agents and indirect customers. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution and delivery of key strategic initiatives to enhance support for agents and indirect customers. Work closely with multiple departments to implement seamless change programs and ensure alignment among diverse stakeholders. Collaborate across IT, Digital, Agency Partnerships, Communications, and Distribution teams. Design go-to-market sequencing, develop sustainable operating and risk frameworks, and craft communication and training plans. Qualifications 5+ years in commercial, project management, or change management role. Experience in the airline industry preferred. Proven expertise in leading change programs within large organizations. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinker with analytical skills to translate business ideas into actionable plans.
