About the role Drive growth and success in the Consumer Broker portfolio, ensuring the strategy and goals are aligned with financial objectives and long-term company goals. Foster collaboration across teams (Commercial, Technical, Claims, IT, etc.) to achieve customer-focused business outcomes. Support the planning and execution of portfolio marketing strategies, including brand positioning, offer creation, and training resources. Propose and manage system enhancements to improve products and services, ensuring smooth integration and implementation. Handle escalations and complaints with care, managing Internal Dispute Resolutions (IDRs) and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. About you Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and necessary industry accreditations. In-depth understanding of regulatory and legislative compliance that impacts the organization. Strong ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, building relationships and influencing positive outcomes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Proven track record of leading and delivering projects successfully, ensuring lasting, meaningful results. Broker Market knowledge and experience.
