Verified Orchestration is looking for a Mid-Level Channel Partner Manager to build and nurture our channel partner network in the global Digital Identity market. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in enabling our current and future partner organisations to be successful with the VO solution, accelerating the growth of our business. Responsibilities: Build and maintain a close working relationship with Microsoft Account Management and Technical Solution Professionals (TSPs), particularly focused on the Entra ID platform, to align with VO’s sales targets. Recruiting, contracting, and establishing reseller and implementation partners. Identifying partners and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options and any new or incremental capacity needed. Communicating with Focus Partners daily/weekly, building trusted relationships and evangelising Verified Orchestration. Gaining commitment to business development goals, enabling VO to achieve its growth plans, and you to meet your annual sales objectives. Working closely with the Head of Sales to develop your Business Development Plan. Leveraging Partner Marketing and local Sales resources to coordinate and execute lead generation activities. Ensuring that leads are captured and managed effectively by Verified Orchestration Sales (in a co-sell capacity) through to close/won. Reporting weekly on the state of your business and accurately forecasting expected sales volume and business for existing and new partners. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Replicating this in our partner ecosystem as well. Engaging Verified Orchestration leadership wherever possible. Collaboration with Microsoft: Strategic Alignment: Work closely with Microsoft Account Management and Technical Solution Professionals (TSPs) to align VO’s solutions with Microsoft’s strategic goals, leveraging Microsoft’s expertise and resources to strengthen the value proposition for clients. Deal Registration: Identify and log relevant customer opportunities in the Microsoft Partner Portal. Joint Customer Engagements: Partner with Microsoft Account Management and TSPs in joint customer engagements, presenting a united front during demos, discovery sessions, and workshops. Event Participation: Represent VO at Microsoft- and partner-led events and workshops, fostering strong relationships with local teams and contributing to joint marketing and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications: Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency. Mandatory: Experience in a Microsoft Cloud Solutions sales environment, including regular interactions with Microsoft Account Management and Technical Solution Professionals. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Channel Management and GTM with SaaS; exposure to Digital Identity or Identity Management solutions like Entra ID preferred but not mandatory. A track record of reliability and success. Understanding of the local IT market and a network of business relationships and contacts. Ability to comprehend and communicate technical knowledge. Ability to evangelise and demonstrate the business value of Verified Orchestration to customers and partners. Ability to engage with key partner counterparts and work closely with the local sales and technical sales engineering team to close opportunities / drive business plan. Able to be hands on and be directly involved in a sales cycle and forecasting, including CRM maintenance. Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment. Some travel may be required.
