We are seeking an innovative and strategic Channel Product Manager to lead the development of our product roadmap, optimise the installer channel, and drive growth through strategic partnerships and market insights. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of product management expertise, market insight, and strategic partnership skills to identify opportunities, enhance our offerings, and deliver value to our customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the renewable product roadmap, aligning enhancements with market feedback and strategic business goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and installer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Create and deliver training materials for sales teams and installers, ensuring consistent product knowledge and messaging. Take ownership of Plenti’s innovative GreenConnect platform, managing key energy retailer relationships and driving Virtual Power Plant (VPP) adoption. Develop strategies to expand market share via existing energy retailer partnerships or new financeable and home improvement assets. Collaborate with energy retailers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to enhance the value of our product offerings. Build investment theses and strategies for entering new markets or asset categories, aligned with business objectives. Assist the Head of Renewable Energy Finance with pitch presentations, tender responses, and strategy materials to drive business development and business alignment. Key Qualifications Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps, ideally within the renewable energy or finance sectors. Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including trends, competitor offerings, and stakeholder ecosystems. Ability to analyse market opportunities, develop strategies, and build compelling business cases for growth and innovation. Experience in creating and delivering training materials, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in managing large enterprise partnerships such as energy retailers, manufacturers and large channel partners.
