Role Overview As Channels Governance Manager, you will report to the Channels Governance and Controls lead and be the key business partner within WPB Channels to understand, assess, and help manage risks while adopting new ways of working across the business. You will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our risk governance framework, ensuring that WPB Channels operations are within the bank’s risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of risk management, strong leadership, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Your main responsibilities will include: Develop, implement, and maintain the risk governance framework for WPB Channels, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall risk management framework. Establish, localize, and implement risk policies, procedures, and controls to manage and mitigate risks within WPB Channels. Lead the incident management process, including the identification, assessment, and resolution of risk incidents within WPB. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified issues. Oversee the development and delivery of risk reports to the relevant risk committees. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the bank, including WPB leadership, compliance, internal audit, and external auditors, to promote a strong risk culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
