See yourself in our team As a Cyber Engineering Chapter Lead, you will report to the Cyber Engineering Chapter Area Lead. You will lead a team of expert cyber security engineers, while supporting and guiding internal and external stakeholders. Your work will involve the delivery of complex security initiatives across the group’s platforms and systems. You will be hands-on, working closely with your team and stakeholders to drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices in your Crew and across Group Security. You will offer mentorship and technical guidance on a variety of security projects across a complex and large-scale cyber security landscape. We will rely on your expertise to improve the platforms, processes, and tools. We are interested in people who have: Demonstrated experience in leading solution design efforts for complex cybersecurity systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong technical expertise in crafting detailed designs, defining reusable patterns, and conducting PoCs to validate new approaches. Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools and practices, including secure CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability management, and infrastructure as code (IaC). A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including vulnerability management, application security, and secure coding practices. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience in cybersecurity engineering, including technologies across infrastructure, cloud, data, and networks. Knowledge of networks, cloud platforms, and modern DevSecOps practices. A passion for innovation, automation, and delivering secure, high-quality technical solutions. Proven ability to foster a team culture of learning, technical excellence, and alignment with organizational cybersecurity objectives.
