Our team works on our renowned Sydney Harbour vessels including The Jackson, Starship Sydney, and Sydney 2000.About The Role As the Charter and Event Sales Manager, you will respond to charter/event enquiries, provide excellent customer experience, coordinate seamless events, and work with operational departments to deliver exceptional experiences on our fleet of vessels.A Typical Day In Your Role May Include Manage all assigned events from initial enquiry to post-event account management as outlined through company policies and procedures. Tailor events using expertise of the vessels, operations, and customer service to exceed customer expectations. Maximise yield of every charter to ensure profitability, including embracing upselling methods. Maintain a proactive and positive approach to sales opportunities to meet and exceed budgeted sales targets, including account management and repeat clientele. Liaise with internal personnel to ensure the delivery of all chartered events to exceed customer expectations. Maintain excellent knowledge of all products and services, policies, procedures, and overall business operation. Maintain all documentation of the event in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. About You You are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for events and the tourism industry. With a proven track record in business development and client relationship management, you excel at identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional service.
