Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef - Australian Citizen ESSENTIAL (Government requirements, No PR) to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will prepare and present high-quality meals while ensuring food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are met. Must be Citizen. Police Check Clearance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with menu requirements. Maintain food safety standards and adhere to hygiene regulations. Manage kitchen operations, including stock control and minimizing food waste. Ensure the kitchen is clean, safe, and organized at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide a seamless service experience. Qualifications and Skills: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification. Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in a commercial or catering environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a small team. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
