Due to EXPANSION of Business, we are looking for the below candidates to join our growing Business: Available Positions: Chef Sous Chef Cook Barista Security Officer Chef Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and serve food in accordance with menus. Ensuring a high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times. Collaborate with Head Chef in developing the menu and creating new recipes. Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen and back of house areas. Accept deliveries and check invoices, weight, and dates of product. Breakfast and pastry experience is a plus. Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service. COFFEE & BAR TENDING skills would be a plus. Previous A La Carte restaurant/bar experience which includes tray service and handling large volumes of tables. Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling. A good understanding of wine, its service, and recommendations to guests. A current RSA. Manage inventory including stock ordering & stock-take. Develop staff rosters. Train, lead, and develop a motivated and highly effective team. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Deliver amazing customer service. Security Officer Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional security and customer service. Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises. Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support. Assess and address potential risks. Manage access control. Write incident reports and maintain data logs. Qualifications: Certificate 3 & 4 in Commercial Cookery, Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus. Diploma in Business Management. RSA Certificate.
