Key Qualifications, Attributes, and Responsibilities: Lead with Impact: Bring your leadership experience as a CDP, Demi Chef, or similar role to our dynamic kitchen team. Problem Solver: Tackle challenges head-on and know when to seek guidance to ensure smooth operations. Communicate & Organise: Use your excellent communication skills and strong organisational abilities to enhance teamwork and efficiency. Hands-On Service Ethic: Maintain an uncompromising approach to product & service delivery, food safety & hygiene standards, ensuring excellence at every turn. Quality & Consistency Expert: Showcase your exceptional skills by delivering top-notch quality across all menu items. Multi-Tasking Maven: Navigate multiple service points seamlessly while supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Team Player: Work cohesively and autonomously within a collaborative team environment. Flexible Availability: Adapt to rotating shifts, including prep, lunch, and dinner services, across 7 days and public holidays to fit our hotel's operating hours. Preferred Qualifications: Bring your experience to a fast-paced kitchen, along with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Kitchen Management for an exciting career with us. Kitchen Proficiency: Ideal candidates will have proficiency across all kitchen sections, ready to contribute wherever needed!
