What our employees say From one of our leaders: "In my three years within the organisation, I have had a range of experiences that have helped me define what I think equity in a workplace is. One key thing I have learned in my time, as a female leader, is that often as women we aren't as good at talking about our strengths as our fellow male counterparts, this systemically reduces the likelihood of women progressing into higher tier roles expanding their competency". About our process Our recruitment process typically involves a team or face-to-face interview, reference checks, and a medical check. It may also include a site visit and psychometric testing. We value diversity, equity, and inclusion and are committed to ensuring a welcoming experience for all candidates.
