Chief Concierge - Gold Coast - Hyde Johannesburg Rosebank At Mondrian Gold Coast, we are seeking a Chief Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the concierge team to provide outstanding and personalised guest services. Manage the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, ensuring prompt and efficient task completion. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and services. Drive and supervise the usage of the Mondrian Hotel Car, ensuring seamless and luxurious transportation service. Supervise, train, and motivate the concierge team to achieve high levels of service excellence and efficiency. Provide a customised check-in for VIP clientele. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and attractions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chief Concierge or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort. Exceptional knowledge of the Gold Coast region, including local attractions, restaurants, events, and cultural landmarks. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Opera Cloud PMS is highly advantageous. Full Australian working rights are essential.
