The Role: Reporting to the board & founders, our client seeks a CDO to lead their eCommerce initiatives. Boasts an impressive track record in eCommerce, with experience in scaling operations and driving digital marketing transformation. Can envision and execute strategies that align with the client's mission to revolutionise healthcare delivery through various digital channels. Is a hands-on leader, capable of diving into details when necessary, yet maintaining a visionary outlook for the company's future. Has the charisma and intellect to impress and lead a small team of highly competent professionals. Can work with teams of developers and platform engineers and more closely with meta-marketing enthusiasts to create leading-edge products in the market and keep this group ahead of the game. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of their eCommerce operations, ensuring seamless integration with their healthcare partners. Innovate and implement world-leading eCommerce strategies to expand their market reach and build greater customer experience & trust. Lead, mentor, and grow their eCommerce team, fostering an environment of creativity and efficiency. Drive the strategic direction of their online platforms, focusing on user trust, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
