About the opportunity A unique opportunity to lead a respected superannuation fund championing the financial wellbeing of South Australians. Super SA is a dedicated self-administered super fund for South Australian public sector employees. The Chief Executive will be responsible for leading Super SA in delivering the fund's strategic vision, driving business excellence, embedding a culture underpinned by innovation and quality, and building strong stakeholder relationships across government and industry. You will lead by example, consulting and negotiating with key stakeholders, conceptualising and implementing a strong strategic vision, driving business excellence, and ensuring the Super SA Board and other superannuation boards within the remit of Super SA comply with enabling legislation and the state government's obligations. About you A contemporary and dynamic leader, you will have proven experience leading a large and complex organisation or business. You will be adept at building constructive stakeholder relationships and have a demonstrated understanding of the superannuation industry, including current industry challenges and opportunities. With a strong governance mindset, you bring an awareness of the legislative compliance framework and whole of government policies governing the operations of public sector administrative units.
