Chief Intelligence Officer - Canberra - Chief Minister, Treasury And Economic Development Directorate Act Company Overview: As a key member of the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate ACT, you will play a critical role in driving business intelligence and improvement initiatives across Finance Operations. Reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence & Banking Initiatives, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing business intelligence and business improvement tools and activities. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for improving data quality and standardising processes across Finance Operations, enhancing customer experience and service delivery. This involves understanding financial and complex information, uncovering patterns and relationships, and applying this to problem-solving. Additionally, you will need to build and maintain ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require a strong knowledge and understanding of finance operations processing, service delivery, and customer experience. You should also have experience in the development, management, and oversight of business intelligence and other business/process improvement tools and activities. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in finance, business, or another relevant discipline would be highly desirable.
