Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with 5+ years of senior experience to drive our global marketing strategy . Our current focus markets include Australia , with expansion into other key international regions imminent. As a key executive team member, you will lead customer acquisition, brand growth, and strategic marketing partnerships to drive exponential revenue growth in the premium health and beauty market. This role reports directly to the MD, and we are looking for someone who has a strong marketing background and a proven track record of brand growth. The role will be remote or onsite , or a mixture of both. Key Responsibilities Global Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel global marketing strategy , ensuring alignment with our growth objectives and optimizing proven channels. Our current marketing initiatives include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Podcasts, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Collaborations, and Paid Partnerships . Revenue Growth Leadership: Drive significant year-over-year revenue growth , ensuring a strong contribution margin and achieving aggressive sales targets . Customer Acquisition: Lead and scale high-performing digital acquisition campaigns (e.g., paid media, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships) while improving CAC and ROAS . Marketing Systems & Reporting: Develop and implement reporting and tracking systems to measure core marketing metrics , ensuring data-driven decision-making across all marketing channels. Performance Reporting: Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on key performance indicators, marketing ROI, and strategic growth initiatives to our MD. Brand Positioning: Build and amplify our brand identity , positioning us as a leader in the premium health, beauty, and wellness space. Team Development: Build and lead a marketing team across performance marketing, content, creative, PR, and analytics . Channel Expansion: Identify and scale new acquisition opportunities and explore international market expansion . Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and performance data to optimize LTV, AOV, CAC, and ROAS across all channels. Collaborative Leadership: Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, operations, and finance teams to align marketing initiatives with company-wide goals. Budgeting: Collaborate with our MD to develop and manage the annual and quarterly marketing budgets to drive efficient growth. Recruitment: Hire and mentor top marketing, creative, and PR talent to support brand and revenue growth . Business Travel: Occasional travel may be required to key regions such as the UK, the USA, and Australia for major marketing initiatives and partnerships . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed annual sales and revenue targets . Marketing Efficiency: Improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and increase conversion rates . Customer Metrics: Enhance retention, repeat purchase rates, AOV, and LTV . Brand Awareness: Grow organic traffic, social media reach, and positive brand press . Zero-Party Data Growth: Expand email and SMS subscriber lists for direct marketing initiatives. Qualifications: 5+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in e-commerce DTC , preferably in the wellness, beauty, or health industries . Proven experience in scaling global DTC brands to multimillion-dollar revenue . Expertise in performance marketing, influencer partnerships, SEO, email, and social media marketing . Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and mentor cross-functional marketing teams. Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data-driven marketing strategies . Experience in international market expansion and global marketing strategy execution . Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
