Chief Operating Officer, Nursing Workforce Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Lumia Care executive leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer Nursing Workforce is accountable for setting the strategic direction for the Nursing Workforce and delivering the strategic plan and meeting the financial plan agreed with the CEO & Board. The COO is responsible for providing direction and mentoring to the Nursing Workforce management team, generating business growth, directing business development initiatives and delivering sustainable, profitable growth for the sector. About You: You will have extensive proven experience in a senior management role within a healthcare or similar discipline organisation, with direct exposure and responsibility for service delivery or operations functions. You have experience in leading large, diverse workforces, with a strong track record in managing multisite, regional, or mobile operations. Ensuring efficient service delivery, optimal resource allocation, managing regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvements, while closely monitoring key performance indicators. Embrace forward-thinking perspectives, actively seizing innovative opportunities to drive progress. Showcase exceptional emotional intelligence and a genuine, authentic leadership style to motivate and unite teams around a compelling vision. Have an ability to influence and drive change, promoting cooperation among diverse stakeholders. Have a Tertiary Degree in business management, health or a related discipline.
