The Role: As COO, you will oversee the company's daily operations and play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will focus on optimising processes, scaling the business, and ensuring sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage overall business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Develop and implement business strategies to drive efficiency and profitability. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and operational performance tracking. Enhance internal processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a high-performance culture that emphasises innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and business governance standards. Build strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Support the CEO in driving expansion strategies and scaling the organisation. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as COO or in a similar operational capacity, within a modern software business. Strong background in business operations, finance, and strategic planning. Demonstrated ability to scale businesses and optimise operational processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the technology, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors is highly desirable.
