Key responsibilities include: Own, develop and lead the formulation and implementation of the strategy and budget for the business unit, measure and monitor performance against the strategy and direct corrective action where appropriate in order to drive performance commercial and customer agenda in order to achieve the company vision, mission and corporate development. Drive process improvement and cost reductions by using continuous improvement tools. Ensure compliance of all operational departments with company policies relating to health & safety and the quality management system. Monitor operational performance against strategic objectives by regular management review to ensure that objectives are fulfilled and take any required corrective action in an efficient and timely manner. Lead relationship building initiatives with Principal Vendors including playing the lead role in negotiations with respect to pricing, procurement and inventory control. Assess the impact of business decisions on workforce and provide solutions to optimise opportunities and mitigate downsides. Work closely with cross-functional teams across the various departments (e.g., Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to ensure successful execution of the business strategic priorities. To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification and at least five years of relevant post-qualification C-Suite Executive employment experience OR at least 10 years of relevant C-Suite Executive employment experience.
