The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as our Chief Operations Officer, where you will play a critical role in strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial leadership, people and culture, and customer success on the Executive Leadership team. Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Customer Implementations, People Operations, Finance, and Legal.Facilitate senior leadership meetings, guide strategic discussions, and ensure that projects align with business goals.Provide insights to the Board and Company Directors through regular reviews and reports. Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient daily operations, align resources, and optimize workflows across teams.Manage and maintain the company’s KPI and goal tracking system, regularly communicating key metrics to staff.Oversee cash flow, profitability, and forecasting, ensuring financial targets are met.Partner with an outsourced bookkeeping team and internal finance team to ensure precise financial reporting and planning cycles. People & Culture: Oversee our People Ops team to strengthen leadership capabilities; drive employee engagement through effective internal communications, performance management, and career development.Work with our VP of People & Operations to oversee organizational structuring and planning projects to accommodate global growth. Customer Success: Oversee the growth and structure of the Customer Success team, dividing the currently merged functions.Work with our Head of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success US to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, roll-out scalable playbooks, and develop robust reporting.Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful implementations. Your Background To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring: Proven experience in an operational leadership role as a COO or senior operational executive within tech, SaaS, or consulting. A track record of successfully scaling a company at least 2-3 times. Financial acumen, with a strong grasp of financial oversight, P&L management, and strategic planning. Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture. Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
