Multi-franchised site Retainer + Incentives + Vehicle Fantastic location An exciting opportunity has surfaced for the position of Fixed Operations Manager with a multi-franchised dealer in Traralgon, located in the east of Latrobe Valley. They are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced operators for this crucial role, which will see you leading a busy team over 3 locations. To be successful in your application, you must have proven experience in a similar position within a dealership and a history of managing people to achieve and exceed targets. Our client will consider a Service Manager who is ready to step up into Fixed Operations. Experience using the Pentana DMS is highly advantageous. The role will see you working with a great mixture of brands and would suit an individual who resides nearby or is willing to relocate for this amazing opportunity. Above all else, you must show stability in your employment and be able to commit to this role for the long term. An attractive remuneration package comprising of a generous retainer plus incentives and a vehicle will be discussed with the successful candidate and will be reflective of your previous experience.
