Base Salary: $106,099 - $113,334 (p.a.) The position sits within the Child Health Engagement Team and works with a multidisciplinary team including GPs, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Registered Nurses, SEWB Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, an Aboriginal Liaison Officer, Care Coordinator, Transport Officer, and Client Service Officers.
