Services are provided by experienced health professionals in a supportive environment and include both Child and Family Health Nurses and Social Workers.About The Role: The Family Care Cottage works in a Partnership Model and collaborates with families with children aged 0-3 years of age.You will explore issues that may impact parenting, including difficulties coping with feeding, infant crying and settling, child behaviour and sleep management, adjustment to parenting, and feelings of depression and anxiety. You will join an innovative, multi-disciplinary team that provides current and best-practice parenting interventions to enhance child health and foster healthy relationships. You will work collaboratively with Family Care Cottage Social Work and other key stakeholders to identify and meet the needs of families within the service while managing a high caseload. About You: We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Child and Family Nurse who has the capacity and skills to provide additional care to families referred by primary health care providers and has a commitment to a family-focused approach delivering evidence-based practice to join our team on a part-time basis!
