Diploma Qualified Studio Assistants - part-time & on-call casual Certificate III Qualified Studio Assistants - on-call casual As an Assistant Educator , you will be creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintaining excellent relationships with families, children, and other team members. It is required that you record children’s progress, routines, and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices. We are a purpose-built facility in the heart of Drouin, Victoria, centrally located next to Drouin Primary School. Our studios are spacious and filled with natural light. Here, children have the opportunity to learn through play with stimulating resources and materials where they can explore, experiment, discover, and solve problems in imaginative and playful ways. Our team at Grant Street are passionate advocates for children and are dedicated to providing a safe, joyful environment that nurtures relationships and each child’s holistic development as they move through their years at Sparrow. What you’ll need: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Experience in being a pirate finding lost treasure, making potions, and singing loudly with little people. Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current & Valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
