Lab Kids Science Deception Bay, Queensland, Australia 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants With Lab Kids you perform awe-inspiring science incursions that blend education with entertainment! We are a growing business looking for someone who is enthusiastic about 'edutaining' young children. Through science themed shows, you will educate and entertain while inspiring potential future scientists. We are Brisbane's leading children’s science and entertainment program for Early Learning Centres. Located in the North Brisbane area, we perform shows from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast. This role will be 3-5 days per week, partial and full days depending on the schedule. This role entails: Present 40-minute science themed shows for children aged 3–5 years at Early Learning Centres. Enthusiasm and a love of science is a must, as you present fun workshops and shows, creatively engaging children with science props and materials. Opportunity for additional work on weekends for parties and OSHC shows during school holidays. As a presenter you are the face of Lab Kids. Great presentation skills, confidence and a friendly personality will encourage clients to book additional shows. Requirements: Ability to engage young minds using our 40+ science themed shows. Experience working with young children is essential. Background in early childhood education is highly valued. Valid Blue Card/WWCC (Working with Children Check). Drivers License is non-negotiable as you need to drive to the Early Learning Centres from our Lab Kids Warehouse. Flexibility, your schedule is based on the bookings through our marketing team.
