Children's Program Support - Winter 2025 Snowsports | Winter The team at Thredbo Snowsports is looking to fill a variety of roles to support the daily operations of our children’s ski and snowboard programs. The children’s program support team will assist our Snowsports Instructors and guests (both children and their parents), working indoors and/or outdoors, following the guidance of the Thredboland Indoor Supervisor and on-snow Snowsports Supervisors/Leading-Hands. Thredboland Assistant: Assist our 3-6-year-old students and instructors with daily needs. Freeriders Assistant: Assist our 7-14-year-old students and instructors with daily needs. Mountains Attractions Assistant: Set up children's learning resources, teaching aids, and pop-up park features; organise theme days for children in all our kids lessons and programs; support the running of our new dedicated kids teaching zone. About the Role Bring a strong aptitude and energy required to work with children every day. Maintain high standards of punctuality and professionalism in both appearance and conduct. Work consistently, remain organized, and multi-task in a busy environment. Be available to work from early June through to late September, 5 days a week. Positively engage in and support all areas of the Snowsports department. Communicate at a professional level with all staff and clientele. About You Previous work experience with children in childcare, teaching, summer camp or outdoor adventure programs is desirable but not essential. Some understanding of the Snowsports environment. Proficient use of computers including aspects of the Microsoft 365 suite is an advantage. Hold or be eligible to obtain a NSW Working with Children check (WWCC).
