We are seeking an experienced Church/Ministry Insurance Consultant to support the continued growth and sustainability of our insurance portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service. What You’ll Be Doing: Client Engagement & Relationship Management Work closely with churches, ministries, NFPs, schools to understand their unique insurance needs. Provide expert insurance advice tailored to their mission and values. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and distribution partners. Insurance Servicing & Risk Management Manage leads, prepare insurance quotes, endorsements, and renewals in line with compliance and company standards. Assess and tailor policies to suit client needs while adhering to underwriting guidelines. Provide insurance product and risk management strategies to help organisations navigate complex challenges. Business Development & Growth Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the insurance portfolio. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth targets through effective customer engagement. Attend conferences and industry events to represent ACS Financial and enhance our market presence. Compliance & Professional Development Ensure all activities comply with underwriting standards, legal obligations, and ACS Financial’s policies. Stay up to date with industry regulations, emerging risks, and market trends. Maintain a minimum of 25 CPD points per year and contribute to team knowledge sharing. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in insurance sales, underwriting, or risk management – ideally within the church, ministry, NFP, or commercial sectors. Tier 1 Compliance for Insurance (or equivalent) with a recognised insurance qualification (e.g., Diploma in Insurance, ANZIIF Associate). Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with faith-based organisations. A passion for customer service and guiding clients to the best risk solutions. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability for accurate quoting, endorsements, and risk assessment. The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team .
