Civil Design Engineer - Land Development 12D Your new company You will be joining a highly regarded, ambitious and high-performing engineering specialist. Our client is known nationally and offers multidisciplinary engineering solutions, they are based in the heart of the Brisbane CBD and are rapidly growing through winning local Queensland projects. Your new role You will be responsible for the delivery of the design of Urban Land Development Projects, including project management, design, documentation, civil work specifications, reporting, tenders and construction phase Contract Admin. It is important that you have excellent stakeholder management skills as this will be an imperative part of your role. A land development background is essential, including residential and commercial Water and Sewer Design review experience. What you'll need to succeed Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering. Min 5 years' design experience (RPEQ advantageous but not prerequisite). Working knowledge of AutoCAD, 12d, and MS Project and MS suite. Knowledge of DRAINS or similar essential and MUSIC preferable but not essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially report writing. Excellent knowledge of the SEQ market, Australian Standards & Council design standards. Good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards.
