Who we’re looking for We are looking for a civil construction foreperson to join our high calibre BMD Urban team in and around Brisbane, working in collaboration with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes on a variety of civil scopes ranging from $5 - $50 million value. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with long-term subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with: Certificate III in Civil Construction Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience in urban development and minor civil construction projects Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do Motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.
