Civil Project Manager - Bulk and Detailed Excavation This company is offering a senior role within a successful civil contractor that is established in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. They deal with a variety of tier-one builders and developers nationally and have an exceptional track record on landmark projects spanning decades.As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management from inception to completion.Your duties will include: Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Excavating as per engineering drawings and project specifications. Implementing shoring, bracing, or other support systems to prevent collapses. Managing and disposing of excavated materials in compliance with regulations. Managing employees, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Conducting regular site inspections and quality control assessments. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements. Leading a team of skilled professionals to achieve project goals and objectives. Conducting regular inspections to ensure stability and prevent cave-ins. Documenting daily site activities, inspections, and any incidents. What is on Offer: Competitive salary: $180,000 base, super, and vehicle - room to negotiate here if you have the reputation.
