Apply now Job no: 501730BNENovWork type: 38 HOUR WK - ROSTEREDLocation: BRISBANECategories: Claims The role Full time, working Monday-Friday with set and consistent hours No experience required as full paid training provided Manage your own portfolio of claims Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish Problem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi Be the direct point of contact for customers, service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim About you Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information Experience in administration, with high attention to detail is a bonus Skilled at multitasking and enjoy busy environments Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus Don't tick every box?
