About You As a Classroom Teacher - Year 3 , you will ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy. To excel in this role, you will be able to: Witness to a personal, living, and vibrant Catholic faith Contribute to the faithful and active Catholic culture of the school and parish Show openness in learning about and implementing principles of the Liberal Arts into your curriculum and pedagogy Create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students Demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies Utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress Employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being Integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.
