Cleaners & Laundry Attendants - Aged Care & Hospitals With over 50 years' experience Australia wide, Extrastaff is a leading national provider in placing temporary and permanent staff across a wide range of Healthcare facilities such as Aged Care homes, Public and Private Hospitals and other types of Health Support sites.We are currently recruiting multiple Cleaners and Laundry Attendants to assist us with ON-CALL shifts for clients located in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide, and surrounds. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for both Residents and Patients.As a Cleaner, your Duties will include: Meeting safety, quality, and hygiene standards Setting up cleaning trolleys Cleaning resident/patients' rooms and bathrooms Cleaning communal areas Completing cleaning records High Touch Point cleaning & sanitising As a Laundry Attendant, your Duties will include: Meeting safety, quality, and hygiene standards Managing, storing, and rotating linen in the resident rooms and laundry room Handling linen in accordance with infection control requirements Ensuring residents' items are clearly labelled and documented Monitoring and maintaining equipment Our Requirements for the role: Great communication skills Minimum 6 months previous experience working in Health Care environments Current National Police Certificate for Healthcare work Current Working with Children Check COVID vaccinations X 3 FLU vaccination 2024 Flexibility to work across ON-CALL morning and afternoon shifts Extrastaff Benefits: Employee Incentive programs Travel Vouchers for selected shifts Work within 60 minutes from your home Opportunities to learn new skills on the job Support from a fantastic team of Consultants Alongside Staff benefits and incentive programs, we can offer you ongoing support from a fantastic team of Consultants here in South Australia.
