Job Description
This is an opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the operations of a thriving community pharmacy. You’ll oversee daily activities, inspire a dedicated team, and contribute to the health and wellbeing of the local community. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Administer vaccines and manage Dose Administration Aids for both community and nursing home patients. Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and organisations to support community health initiatives. What You’ll Need Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification. Current registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist. Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in pharmacy software, including FRED Dispense and FRED Office.
